K-State vs Texas Tech

Post by purpleprairiecat » January 11th, 2020, 4:50 pm

Cats are up 35 - 33 at the half. The Cats are up based on strong rebounding and excellent zone defense.

They could and should be dominating about every game. The times weve struggled on offense this year have been because teams have packed it in and dared our shooters to beat them, and more times than not our shooters cant hit. A little consistency from the perimeter shooters would do wonders for this team. We didnt hit a ton of 3s today, but enough to make TT respect it. That's all we need.

The first women's game I've seen this year. It was an excellent game to watch. Lots of lead changes and close throughout. Tech had a 12-1 record coming in but our big girls were just too much for them. Good job young ladies! Lots more exciting than the men's games have been.

Game was on FSN for some reason.
