will be interesting to see if that win over isu carries over now the last half of the season. let's hope so. seems to me that there's plenty of talent here for them to be competitive in b12 play. txt is 3-6 in league play.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

I don't understand why we are playing zone against Texas Tech. We played very effective man to man against ISU. The Cats play so much better when they are playing man to man. So far the Cats are getting hosed by the refs which is not surprising.

The zone is porous. Mittie has changed to man to man for at least this possession.

Back to the porous zone for the final Texas Tech possession. They drain a wide open 3 to end the half.

Tech is getting wide open 3s against our zone. They are 7 for 16 on 3 point shooting. In addition, Tech is getting all of the calls from the refs, especially the ref with the pony tail. She must be a Texas Tech alum. I hope we change our defense in this half, but we are starting out in the ineffective zone again.

We are not in position to block out when we are playing the zone. The offense is starting out better his half with more ball movement.
