Sundell had 17 points. NC State had good enough post players along with some help from the refs to make Lee ineffective.
In spite of the negativity on this board. I think the future is bright for K-State. Lee and the three freshmen will be back along with some recruits who will add athleticism and scoring ability. There was tremendous improvement this year going from a 9 win season to 20 wins.

I wasn't referring to Sundell. One kid hasn't shot a 3 in 2 seasons., but everyone else can, including your backup center. You really believe that was her choice to pass on open shots?

I agree, but that will come with more experience. After all, K-State started three freshmen. Making the NCAA tournament following a 9-win season and winning one game against a good Pac 12 team is quite an accomplishment.

The future is bright. The freshmen should get better. You will also add a transfer from OU, Heavenly Greer. Rachel Ranked should be back. And to top it off, the Cats have the 23rd best recruiting class in the country coming in. Mittie's biggest problem might be in getting enough minutes for all of these players.

OU lost at home 108-64 to Notre Dame and trailed 60-25 at halftime. ND plays NCState next game so that will make for an interesting outcome.
