glenns need to be better jump shooters.

The true freshman Ohnstad is a wildcard. She is touted to be a prolific scorer. If that translates to the P4 level and her game can handle the other aspects of the game she needs to play and not redshirt. In today’s environment you never know how long you are going to have them.

the glenns are both good. they add a lot to the team. if their outside shooting improves, they will take the next step. we don't know how these new gals will fit until they see the playing floor. it just looks to me like the portal additions are roster upgrades and the incoming freshman can learn from the veteran guards, maybe redshirt, idk. sides and walker are both talented. i would not be surprised to see either or both starting this fall. serena and yoki are the only locks to my eyes. but it does seem like poindexter is positioned to be a drop-in replacement for gabby.

I think Lee, Sundell and Poindexter are probably the 3 certain starters. After that it could be a mad scramble. Good problem to have- I think.

There’s not enough talk about how many good players are staying with a team and don’t enter the portal vs the opposite. Portal transfers can help teams immediately. But current roster players staying can take some programs to the next lev@Catfan

This team could cut a wide swath if they all come together and accept the role that they need to play. I am as excited for them as any team we have next year!

I don't know about many coaches in any sport that do not try and put the best player available out there? You follow the team much more closely than I so I'll assume what you say is true - but that does not make me feel better about our coach.

coach mittie has put another outstanding roster together. it's deep, talented, and he's added some offensive punch with the aac poy, poindexter, plus what looks like a fine young (minnesota) freshman shooter. i'm not sure this team is the most gifted of the three major sports or not. we'll just have to watch it play out starting this fall when sunshine's outfit takes the field.
