NCAA has given KU three Level 1 NOAs. It is now in process.
KU had til Feb 19 to respond although that dae may have changed to March 5 due to the football noa they received. Maybe somebody can share the exact date they have to respond.
I am sure they will challenge the allegations so that means it will go to an infractions hearing. This link provides some of the process around that hearing.

IMO, Level 1 violations will not just be dismissed without some penalty. Among other things, very hard to see how Self won't get a show cause penalty when Kelvin Sampson at blue blood Indiana got one for phone calls.
Will be well into summer before all of this is decided.
NCAA faces potentially embarrassing scenario

Looks like Beaty will now subpoena Gassnola. Beaty, who is suing KU, wants all documents relating to Gassnolas communication to Self, Townsend, Long and Lester concerning the FBI case. Things could get interesting. It'd be great if Beaty and his attorneys could dig up and release more details than what's already been released. The more pressure against KU and for the FBI to follow through, the better.
