I realize some of these rankings these kids get are fluid, but how in the hell does a 4 star rated kid end up with offers from Minnesota and Wake Forest as his best options?
In a perfect world, everyone would choose hard work, morals and ethics over obscene money and fame. And everyone outside of Lowrents would be required to be a red blooded, card carrying Payhawk hater.

I’m sorry, but I’m not buying that Allen and top 150 recruits are going to Wichita State because they like the school and want to play for Marshall. There’s something behind it. They don’t have to make their grades or be serious about school or something. There’s something not right about it. Didn’t something come out in the wire taps about their last good player getting money?

They’re not getting 5 Star, burger boys. Well not yet anyway.
They’re getting very good solid players because Marshall is a good coach and has built a winner and has gotten quite a bit of exposure.
He’s doing pretty much what Mark Few has done.
But if you want to believe he’s the boogy man and doing all kinds of illegal, unethical things than that’s you’re choice.

Well, this kid from Sunrise is a combo guard, and when I heard him speak on the news last evening he mentioned he was happy to be staying home. But the other thing is, Marshall has put three "combo" guard type guys in the NBA in the last few years, so that is a pretty good recruiting tool.

"Sherfield will be the third Wichita guard to stay home and play for the Shockers recently, joining Conner Frankamp (2015-18) and Samajae Haynes-Jones (2017-19)."
You mean after Frankamp left Wichita for KU and couldn't get minutes so he went back to WSU? He didn't "stay home"
