Pick 'Em

I am glad Coach Klieman did what he did in that situation. And his approach hasn’t really affected our recruiting, as evidenced by the success we are having.
Regarding Valencia, I really don’t mind if he picks UConn, which is what I expect. I worry he needs a lot of development to play in the Big12.

He is tweeting that his final decision is down to 2 teams: KSU and UConn. Final decision is expected on Tuesday, July 12th. I assume it means he has an offer from us.
Interestingly, he shows a money bag Emoji in his recent tweets. Not committing to K-State earlier may have been NIL-related.

And that very well could have been why we said, "No thanks" to him. It may have been a situation similar to one that Coach Klieman supposedly dealt with a while back. The rumor is that there was a kid we were interested in and when he was ready to commit, the kid's "agent" stepped in to talk about how much money it would take for K-State to sign this kid. Coach Klieman immediately showed the kid and his agent the door.

2024 recruit
imagine getting a recruit that reminds people of Steph Curry or Trae Young.
Meet David Castillo from Bartlesville. He is coached by Clent Stewart who played for the Cats.
he wants a family like program and has a strong faith.
I think we have a good chance at him

Is he interested in cartel connections? If so, we should be the front runner.

Best to put certain posters on ignore. It makes this board much more tolerable.

Many good posters have been driven from this board. I have certain posters on ignore and have noticed that any thread tis attack by them and not many others are posting. Attacking the recruiting thread is the lowest.

Too bad that's not your decision to make. Anyone as hypersensitive as you should probably move on and find your comfort level with Tang sycophants. It shouldn't be hard to find them.

I have no trouble with anyone making negative comments about a recruits abilities.
But to accuse the head coach of being a criminal is low, especially without any substantiation.
insinuating a recruit is supportive of a criminal is also low.
