Thanks for posting. An important listen to separate facts from falsehoods.

One charge from two incidents. The bar fight occurred 2 days after the original dispute but there were no charges stemming from that nor was there any evidence of domestic battery. If this is the “second incident” then that’s BS and clearly shows the punishment was heavy handed and rash.

I listened to a little til I could not take any more of Fitz's BS.

1. Where did he come up with the fact Tomlin was cleared of the first incident two days before the Tubby incident. Tomlin was still not practicing to my knowledge.
2. He has not talked to Gene but has had people call him saying Gene's job was being threatened. How would anybody but Gene or Linton know that. And he implied that through these calls, Gene wanted him to change his reporting. Sorry but that does not sound like how Taylor would operate.

3. Talks about Linton says their was an ongoing investigation and yet some how they announced a decision.
Guess I thought you did the investgative process to reach a conclusion. IMO, the decision was overdue.

Maybe I will listen to more of it when I have time.
