ku is reeling. but the k-state game is a rivalry match for them as well as us. they have a better starting five. state is probably deeper but only slightly. it will be interesting to see their mindsets, both teams, coming into this one. k-state hangs with them through the first four of both halves, they have a good shot of winning this one.

Our team has a few dudes, and prospective dudes
Other Big 12 teams have Mr. Dudes and backup dudes.
It looks like the rebuild is going to take at least another 2 years.
Getting rid of everyone from Weber's team left the out years bereft of talent.
We have 1 2024 recruit so there isn't much to bolster the team there.
It seems to me that we have to get a couple of stud older guys to join what we have returning.

I would still like us to get 20 wins.
Beat ISU and 2 B12 tournament wins .... still possible, but not very plausible.
I wish the other players had the heart to fight like N’Guessan has.
I remember thinking that we were in for a long year after losing badly to USC in the opener.
This will be remembered as a what if year.
How it ends maybe determined by the kids that are the future
DNG is my MVP for the year.

Excuses, excuses. With the transfer rules as they are now, the coaches have to recruit a new team every year. The coaching staff failed either to recruit the right players or failed to coach the players they got and that is why we are where we are.

there's no way for coach tang to have known of tomlin's nefariousness or glover's injury before the fact. take the big dick and harris off ku's team and where would they finish this year? that's the comparative we should be making. also, excuses should be somewhat tempered by reality.

Tang ran off Massoud. We have no idea whether Glover can play Big 12 basketball. The loss of Tomlin hurts, but we still don't have a point guard. Perry is just too much of a defensive liability to be playing the whole game. Cam Carter - why is he playing at all? Ames and Finister should be starting.

Perry 5 TOs today.
He gets beats often on defense often.
But without him we would have had a pitiful year.

Happy to see Cam Carter have a great game today. He had been in quite a slump as of late. We will need him to step up in the Big 12 Tourney if we want to make a run.
