On the whole I like this signing. The upside value is high since Fall has 3 years of eligibility remaining.
Next year needs to be a development year. So I hope we can get mature center that Fall can play behind and work to get better.
Would it work for DNG to be the starting post?
I really hope we can get Omoruyi and Miller. Then we would have a good set of bigs.
The nice thing is that Baye has a full year of college ball under his belt so he will be more ready to step in and contribute this year compared to last year. But yeah, it would be ideal if we could also bring in Omoruyi as the starter since he will be a senior. DNG could also play at the 5.

My guess is that with us getting Baye, and Omoruyi taking so many visits to other schools, our chances of landing Omoruyi are probably not that great. I hope I'm wrong. I assume our chances are probably a little better with Miller, who is also 6'11. It will be interesting to see what the coming week brings. Bringing in both guys would be quite a coup for our coaching staff.

Pick 'Em

I think this was a crucial get and the team appears ready to go at this point. Now it's time to take it to the next level. Fall may want to start and should have the talent to be the guy as a sophomore. It may be baptism under fire if he becomes the primary center from day 1. We may have to get used to being thankful and content with what we have because it is now pretty obvious that not many players are going to be content riding the pine. If we can nab some other good players then go for it. But also be aware that future additions may precipitate further subtractions.

Something caused Arkansas to be dysfunctional last year. On paper, Musselman had a lot of talent. I wonder how much coaching Baye really got last year.
