FIFA claims 1.6 billion watched the last World Cup final. I question how that number was derived. There’s 6-7 billion on the planet. Are there 1.6 billion TVs in the world ?
58 million people in the US watched the moon landing, 650 million world wide. Obviously the population has grown since then.
But 123 million people keep hearing the name Kansas City. You can’t buy that kind of pub.
and people wonder why a pop star wants part of the action.

1.599 billion outside of the US. Yea a curious number for sure. But football (soccer) fans get into it for sure. No idea if all but 2 countries are eliminated if the other countries fans watch. Apparently has to be that way.

Glad the Chiefs won. Reid seems like a good guy. Mahomes does too, but whined a little down the end of the season. Kelce - he'd be one reason I'd cheer for someone else. Never understand a coach wanting to deal with prima donnas like that.

Prima donnas are easier to work with and tolerate when they help get 3 super bowl championships.

yep, pro fans put up with women beaters, drug heads, and donnas as long as they run fast, catch it, and win. ethics be damned.

I think Andy highly values one characteristic that Mahomes, Kelce and Chris Jones all share with him: They want to win more than almost anything else. That is why he can so easily overlook minor transgressions. He knows where they're coming from. Part of me wonders if Andy doesn't intentionally push Kelce's buttons to set him off.

After the game I was hoping they would give MVP to Harrison Butker. He has had an outstanding year! He came through every time in SB58 or we would have very likely lost. Mahomes is a deserving choice every time but outstanding performances by other players should be awarded as well. How about an award called the MVP not named Mahomes?

Butler is money. He set a SB record with a 57 FG.
Adam Venituri helped Brady win several SBs with huge game winning FGs in the playoffs and SBs.
Now Butker is doing the same for Mahomes. No one would remember the 13 second game if Butker had missed the FG. I haven’t heard one talking head mention Butker setting a SB record I’d rather have Butker lining up for a FG than anyone else including Justine Tucker.
