The game turned out as I predicted. Don't count the Mahomes Machine out until its really out. Should be a Soup Bowl for the history books.

Did Felix start because I saw him make a tackle early on. However, I didn't notice him or hear his name called again. Also, does anyone know if Ekow Boye-Doe got in?

I don't think so. He was in a few times that I noticed. Echo did not play on defense, as far as I know. MIght have been in on special teams, though.

from start through much of the third quarter it was one boring arse game. i actually had left the room when san franancisco fumbled a punt and patrick took kc for the go-ahead score.
then the drama of overtime. sf coaches evidently did not know the playoff rules and elect to take the ball. tony romo questions what the hell they're doing? then they kick the field goal. and romo questions again about leaving it in patrick's hands? and sure enough, he takes them to the championship. romo was outstanding throughout.
yet overall, it was pretty awful entertainment. i took a nap during halftime.
the close was really good though. the outcome places mahomes in the realm of "the goat" - the realm not the court, just yet anyway. we'll see how that plays out. kelsey is a complete ass screaming at his coach, then magical baller on the field, then embarrassing afterwards with the mic, so much so that the hunt's turn away. my wife's comment: his brother got all the common sense.
love that mahomes takes his cross out and praises god after winning another. jerome surely smiles. the youngster is awesome in his humbleness. excellent outcome for the flyover zone.
