Nah.... Two bad knees, Gout in his left big toe, sore elbow, pitched nerve in shoulder, bad haircut, and hay fever, but is playing through the pain.

Skylar connected on 4 touchdowns today in the joint practice against the patriots. With Bridgewater likely out, he is expected to play heavy minutes in Miami’s first pre-season game on Saturday.

Skylar Thompson creating a lot of buzz.
There is an impressive old video in there analyzing Skylar’s game for Matt Waldman, the only draft analyst that had Skylar Thompson as QB1.

But other than that you’re saying he’s 100%.

have the DVR set to record for Saturday's pre-season dolphins game.

1:22 left in the 1st half. Skylar is 10/12 for 122 yds, 1 TD, 0 INTs, 136.8 QB rating. Not too shabby.

It’s Skylar Thompson (K-State) against Blaine Gabbert (Mizzou)

Both are actually playing well in the first half.

My first view of Skylar as an NFL QB is one play fade route to his right and a touchdown.....lol 1:02 in second after a turn over..

Big day for Thompson indeed.

I’ll eat any words because I thought he was inconsistent in college. I didn’t realize how good he is, but in hindsight, he spent the last few years trying to throw to slow white guys that can’t catch while running for his life.

I think the bowl game was more indicative of his skill level, but unfortunately he had to endure OC Mess which clearly inhibited his development as a QB, and Colin made a lit of progress calling a much better pass oriented game in that bowl. Hopefully a full offseason with the QBs and a new plan will help them all and Skyler makes the most of the opportunity he's getting. If Bridgewater going to miss time, he may have just fallen into an opportunity to get real playing time, and eventually a starting job.
