Re: 2024 expectations ...
I was honestly disappointed in last season. The game at Missouri set the tone for letdowns in some crucial spots. At Oklahoma State and the Iowa State game were both head scratchers. Texas simply had better players and we started off in slow motion. The win at KU was probably the high point of the s...

Re: Portal 2024
I look at as follows. We are a better team right now than we were at Iowa in the last game. If Fall progresses we could be a pretty tough team. I have crazy faith in JT

Re: KSU Portal - Where Are They Now
Things set up nicely, only looking at the schedule we should be favored in all 12. To me, strictly me, hardest games are home vs Gundy and at Iowa State. Could be 11-0 heading into Ames Saturday after Thanksgiving. ISU is generally always a tough game especially in Ames. But I think we’ve handled t...

Re: Dai Dai Gone!!
I have yet to meet a coach who doesn't project a positive attitude towards the coming season. My guess is that most power conference coaches tell prospects that they are planning a deep run in the NCAA in the near future. I wouldn't want a loser mentality coaching my team. A whole bunch of pity par...

Re: KSU Portal - Where Are They Now
Does that fill all of the positions of need on defense? I think ksu might be set to make a legit run at the conference title with the recent transfers- as long as they pan out! I believe we had another linebacker -- Elijah Herring, a Tennessee transfer, visit recently. He's the same size as Marenco...

Re: Portal 2024
I think some coaches who have always been dirty find the NIL a bit of an equalizer, thus they (Self) now take on the role of street agent to hurt other programs and help them gain an edge. The B12 has a couple of really good (Sampson, Self) but highly unethical coaches in the ranks.

Re: Portal 2024
Talking with a client today who is an Illinois fan but not enamored with Underwood. Word he has gotten Self highly encouraged Underwood to go after Dai Dai as a means of hurting us, enhancing KU and his buddy Brad. Are we now at a point where coaches are double teaming guys they don't like to get a ...

Closer to home, playing with his best buddy, family legacy. Seems like a win win for Dylan and the Cats.
