Re: Recruiting Thread
I honestly see Colin Klein returning to Manhattan, KS at some point in his career. I'm estimating 10-15 years out at this point. I don't see Coach Kliman going anywhere anytime soon, but he'll likely not stay as long as Coach Snyder did in his 1.0 & 2.0 iterations.

Re: Portal 2024
Noah Waterman at BYU has just entered the Portal. Apparently players who have coaches leave get an extended period. He would be a nice Kaluma replacement. 6’11”. Had 9.5 ppg and 5.4 rpg. Shot the 3 at 37%. Nice size and stats... KSU would obviously like to get a true "Big Man" at the potst as a def...

Re: Dean Wade
The Cavs are glad they've gotten Wade back, however it will take more than Dean to get the Cavs past the Celtics. Boston has outclassed almost every opponent they've faced this season. Unfortunately, even with Donovan Mitchell & Dean, I don't see the Cavs winning this series. Boston just has way too...

Re: Portal 2024
https://www.kansascity.com/sports/college/big-12/kansas-state/article288450307.html K State supposedly are serious about recruiting Riley Kugel from the portal. He chose KU originally, but didn't meet their academic requirements. One, I am perplexed at trying to load up on another guard. Are our ac...

Re: Recruiting Thread
Looked at our 2024 recruiting class and discovered 4 star WR commit Trae Davis "Mr. Versatility". His highlights are impressive! https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=e777da9794d97decJmltdHM9MTcxNDc4MDgwMCZpZ3VpZD0xNjBkZTE0Yi02ZGFkLTYyOTAtMTM3NS1mMWYxNmM1MTYzMzAmaW5zaWQ9NTIwMw&ptn=3&ver=2&hsh=3&fclid=160d...

Re: Frosh not staying for year 2
With the advent of NIL, High School recruiting will likely take a back seat to portal recruiting IMO. Why go all out on HS Talent when you don't even know if their game will translate to the major colllege level? Just get a few proven guys you know who can already come in to contribute & get your te...

Re: Portal 2024
Tang was not satisfied with the outcome last year. I don't think it sat to well in Tang’s gut. He was irked that his team's wins were devalued by Tournament selectors because they were close wins. So his bottom line is to get the players that give him the best chance for sufficient and quality (but...
