Re: Portal 2024
I am pleasantly surprised Buddy is still here. He has a lot of upside and was probably robbed of minutes he should've got last year. Thought he'd be the first to transfer at seasons end and Ames would be the one to stick around. Just never know with this game any more. Hoping Buddy get real quality ...

Re: Portal
People may disagree, but I think Sides can be that 3pt Ace. She is a pretty good shooter that we only got to see glimpses of.

Re: Portal
We will have a lot of versatility. With Yoki we can play half court offense. When Yoki is out we should be able to push the pace with Poindexter, Maupin, etc. We are getting more athletic, which was a must in today's women's basketball.

Re: Cats Just Got Better!!
sounds like yoki is targeting a conference championship before leaving, not a natty. from her press conference comments this may be the end of her basketball career unless she goes to europe. Conference title is gonna be a tall task next season. ISU will be a load for the next few years. Would like...

Re: Cats Just Got Better!!
Agree on the physicality. Glad Yoki is coming back, was not looking forward to watching Maupin try and stop Crooks for the next few years. We need to find another BIG true center soon, because we are outsized down low once Yoki is done.

Avery will get 24 TDs, but not 24 through the air. Over half of his TDs will be with his legs.

Re: K-State vs Colorado
always the purple colored glasses. i've been a wbb fan since wecker's team. they were more talented than this year's mittie crew. two of k-state's three leading all-time scorers, two all-americans - wecker and ohlde - plus a long time pro, megan mahoney. mittie recruited this 2023/24 outfit. he mol...

Re: K-State vs Colorado
The only axe I have to grind is that he is a mediocre coach and we can do better. KState is a good job and the fans have proven they will support womens basketball when we are competitive. Everyone in this state knows he is mediocre at best. If you take the purple glasses off you could see it too. T...

Re: K-State vs Colorado
She has a lot of upside, but I doubt it will ever be tapped into. Our development program is sorry. Our Junior class is still putting up nearly the same numbers they were putting up as freshman. I was really excited about their potential when they were freshman, but they've really not taken any hug...
