I don't generally follow recruiting because it is frustrating and often not useful to me as a fan. However, I'll take Sundell over Ryan anytime. Sundell is a more complete player. The Cats were not going to be able to sign both. Cat fans should be happy that we have Sundell. I don't know about Addy Brown's recruiting. Perhaps, someone else knows?

no, i agree with you that sundell is clearly the better player. at the time though, i was really taken aback by ryan choosing isu. not today. serena is the best guard in the league to my eye. love her game, her as a person, and her leadership. a real gem.

i've almost forgotten how good this team was before yoki went down with the foot injury. last night i caught a youtube video covering the last minute of the iowa game. our guards were sides, walker, and sernena at the close.

sides hit the deciding free throws after an: i've got this! she had earlier hit a wicked three from caitlin range. walker finished it off with a steal, layup, and floor-running post game "mean-mug." gals need to reboot that confidence tonight in ames with their matriarch returning to post.
