If I'm Tang, I'm doing diligent research on any player/coach with ties to corporations or just $, in general. I hate it, but we have to think outside the box or we won't stay competitive. I'd definitely use a coaching spot and 1 scholly for this purpose. Too much $ in other places. Gotta go find some ourselves. Personally, I think it's garbage, but it seems as if greed has won, so either play the game or die.

So much for the love of the game. This was easily predictable, but the talking heads said a scholarship was not good enough. It is too bad as I am sure a middle ground could have been decided upon, but greed has won over reason.

Can confirm that Chris Mack is expected to become the next coach at Charleston, per sources. Field of 68 first reported. He's the former head coach at Louisville and Xavier.
