it's a pretty harsh piece, albeit perhaps accurate, a diatribe on the physical health and presence of mr. biden. but the election isn't about him. it's about the nature of donald trump.

Biden increasingly searches for words, any noun, whatever its irrelevance to the point he is making. Biden seems to suffer dyscognitive seizures, in which for moments he has no idea what he is doing or saying or where he is — a tragic, nearly epileptic condition. In scary episodes, the pale, scaly, and frozen visage of Biden appears almost reptilian, like a lizard freezing and remaining stationary as it struggles to process signals of perceived danger.

Mental fitness does seem like a step up from the "Dick-Size" debates Mr. Trump got into during his previous election.

We'll see in the three debates.
Biden was a participant in 29 democratic presidential debates in 2020. No doubt he was not perfect. But also did not eliminate himself with his performances. Not bad for a guy who is senile. At the end, he was solid enough to win the democratic primary.

Trump will present Biden a target rich environment and Biden will not have to worry about criticizing his opponent as he did in the democratic debates.

We'll see how it goes.

Ha Ha. Big surprise. A hit piece by conservative columnist Victor Davis Hanson who writes for the most conservative rag in America, The National Review. William F. Buckley Jr.'s propaganda fanzine.

a-mazing perspective from you PDave. specially given your constant 'sharings' on Trump.

who knew you had any ability to determine what a hit piece look like?

the irony is strong in you. but I guess that's what I'd expect from a pulitzer award winner.

I thought it fascinating to watch, listen to the Biden press conference yesterday. clearly scripted. a then again, that's nothing new as anytime a POTUS is out on the road EVERYTHING is carefully scripted. who to call on. what the questions will be. will be fascinating if there are any debates that actually happen. but make no mistake: the dems will NOT allow their candidate into a position where he doesn't look good. there will be no 'bare-knuckle' brawls with biden. and that's a shame. because as you know, the job of president, the whole 'free world' thing? that's clearly scripted and tightly controlled.

had small insight into that when GW Busch visited our company years ago. the prep, the scripting of not just questions but WHO was in the media shots. everything managed right down to the bones. and where they were placed.

I don't know that Trump is 'that controlled'. and it's just one more thing the left hates about him.

I think a good strategy for Trump is to ask Biden questions directly. Once Biden is fired up and in a corner, he's gonna do something stupid like put his hands on Trump like he did at his little rallies, a great lilttle "I don't work for you" moment.

You know the little "Winners and Losers" articles the press likes to put out after every debate?

The biggest loser in every debate between these two is going to be the English language.
