i like bloomberg getting in the race ...

he's far less dangerous than the socialists. i absolutely can't read nor understand the american electorate, if they're willing to give up all that djt has accomplished because he's seen as a shithead? so, getting a legit business alternative on the democratic party side is at least hopeful should trump go down. i also like this trend away from career politicians. this will also create great turmoil on the left which is healthy from my sightline.

that turmoil is also healthy on the GOP side. I think we all get that DJT is 'less desirable' from a 'do we like the guy' perspective. but when I think about alternatives, I just don't see it.

politics, both left and right, have needed a reset button moment in DC. PErsonally, I'd like an additional 4 years of DJT to continue the process.

bloomberg is much more skilled at politics than djt. his centrist approach will be tough for the president to dismiss out-of-hand as he will with the loony fringe socialists. this is going to be entertaining as hell to watch without being a party to the outcome.

Bloomberg is a filthy rich, ego-driven, gun control nutcase who I welcome into the race simply because he will muddle the DeLPS primary fiasco even more. Bloomberg won't get 10% of the vote except in the northeast and west coast. Not sure he will play even in NM and Colo.

Where is he on the issues. Somewhere to the right of insanity I hope.

Let me guess.

Pro redistribution of wealth
Pro abortion.
Pro open borders to all
Medicare for all, or single payer
carbon tax
Anti fracking
Anti guns
Social Democracy; Federalism; Socialism, Communism; Collectivism; Marxism, take your pick.

Just where he lands in the spectrum really doesn't matter to me any more. I'm done with the left. They will continue until we are goose stepping or some modern day equivalent thereof.

Not sure why anyone would think Bloomberg is anything different from the other of the 22 liberal loons running.

If anything he is the pre-eminent nanny state politician.

Passing of laws on large sodas, while pretty laughable, tells me he thinks everyone is an idiot and must be protected. And only the government
can do it.

Hey, arguing won't change the FACT that Bloomberg is Jewish. How folks interpret that fact is bound to be reflected in the national vote. Same with candidates that are black, Hispanic, female, gay, Caucasian.
