Justin Silmon may be number 1 in a couple categories for 4 year running backs who were not starters. I don't remember if he has ever started a game but has been at the top of the depth chart nearly his whole time here and has really good numbers.

Silmon has started at least 1 game. His first start was WVU in 2016, although he only got 4 carries in that game. He had 22 carries leading the team, later in the season vs. TCU and doubled Charles Jones carries in the bowl game vs Texas A&M but I don't know if he was the starter for those games.
