Travis Goff’s tenure as AD is slowly becoming more and more disastrous. The AFH renovations are just another travesty that has happened.

KU is turning on its own. Goff's Goof is now AFH.

travis goff might have too much arrogance for the job at hand. great athletic directors tend to stay in the background. he's the opposite.WildcatEngineer wrote: ↑October 14th, 2024, 10:58 pmBig Dickinson Deluxe

There is something about Blue Plywood that brings back memories of Ted Owens.tmcats wrote: ↑October 15th, 2024, 10:43 amtravis goff might have too much arrogance for the job at hand. great athletic directors tend to stay in the background. he's the opposite.WildcatEngineer wrote: ↑October 14th, 2024, 10:58 pmBig Dickinson Deluxe

STL, YES - Not to speak for the Hawkers, but one of the major complaints is video boards that look like 75" TVs up in the corners. They have a plywood box around them. They lost seats in that space. They are also unhappy about losing seats to high quality seating for high price donors.
It looks like the concourses were epoxy coated, which I thought looked nice.
One of the old old issues was hand rails on the bleachers. The bleachers could not be folded back.
Why an AD would change a venue that is sold out, iconic, and loved by fans and media is a head scratcher to me. Especially by reducing 1000 seats. It
Also there was the rumor that Air Conditioning was part of the $49,000,000 upgrade. That is false. They improved ventilation, No AC. I will say from experience in Ahearn those old barns could get hot and stuffy especially in the upper seats. In 2024 you cannot hold warm weather events like concerts in that atmosphere.

Here are the teams with the most elite 3PT shooters on their roster based on preseason projections at http://EvanMiya.com (freshmen excluded due to lack of data):
Alabama and Baylor are the only teams with 4.

Harris is a very streaky shooter. If he's on he's on. If he's not he's not.

I agree. Harris is only a good shooter when teams back off of him and let him shoot wide open 3's. Any pressure and he will not make shots, in my opinion.
