New multiyear contract for Dean Wade

Dean's two-way contract has been changed to a multiyear contract according to reports. Maybe someone can give us some details! :D

Sounds like he gets a nice bonus of $375k this year and a foot in the door going forward. I’m sure a guaranteed deal would have been preferred, but this seems to indicate that Cleveland likes him and with their salary cap issues in 20-21, he’s probably a pretty good bet to be retained for at least the upcoming season. Their need of cheap contracts should help him.

First year is guaranteed and already paid on top of earlier compensation. Edit Puff
