Stockard and McGuirl are now the only players that have been on the team more then last season.

It’s was somewhat expected but still disappointing. Losing Carti will cost us 3-5 wins imo. No way it makes us a better team next year.

It was going to be another bad year anyways. Might as well turn it over and give experience to the young guys then get 13 wins instead of 10.

I enjoyed watching Cartier play. I liked his spunk, toughness and even his hair!

Yeah, it did come with the aforementioned lazy azz passes and inattention, but he played with heart and he kept your attention when ever he had his hands on the ball.

Best to him. I see him playing over seas at this point which many players have successfully done.

Good luck C.D.

Cartier stunted the growth of this year's freshmen. He will blossom in a new environment as will the Cats. I look forward to a very good year next year. These new guys like each other and Weber.

not really surprising, i guess, but disappointing if he goes to college and plays elsewhere. right now, don't care anymore. good luck, carti. you gave us some thrills and chills and head-shakes too. a really fine player but, sadly, never the lead horse. :|

Let’s at least give the guys who return and the incoming players an opportunity to show what they are capable of before we mail in our resolve to last place for next year.

Another scholly is now open and hopefully it’s filled with someone who can make an immediate positive impact.

I’ll never forget his windmill dunk. Maybe the highlight of my time at KState.

I’m surprised by the grad transferring, I would’ve just guessed he would go pro. He’s an interesting transfer, I’m sure a fair few P6 teams will be interested. To me he’s a high risk high reward kind of guy, so we’ll see where he ends up. Probably one of the top 10 available guys who are grad transferring as of right now.

Hope he has success wherever he goes.
No doubt Cartier’s windmill gave kstateters, and fans, a thrill of a lifetime
Learnin, I'm sorry if I find this humorous. IE, did his missed windmill this year give kstaters and fans a thrill of a lifetime or opportunity to point out how stupid that attempt was. One was a thrill, one was a disaster.

IMO, Both attempts were mistakes. One worked out and one didn't.

Hold on ... Hold on...going pro? Like in Japan or something? He was horrible this year. Our studs from two years ago aren’t even on an NBA team are they? These agents put illusions of grandeur in these kids. Plus Coronavirus is going to put a big dent in athletics. I wouldn’t be betting a professional career right now.
