Has to be the worst 3 point shooting team in K-State history
The bigger question is why is anyone other than Lee or Williams shooting the ball down the stretch! Mittie out coached by Pebley again!

Easy win for K-State if there is any guard play at all. Starting guards - 2 of 22 from the field, 0 of 9 from 3 point range, 3 assists, 3 turnovers. Horrendous

TCU packed the paint 2nd half with no respect to our outside game. And it was absolutely the right move because we have scorers (Lee and Williams) but we don't have shooters. I said Carr would have to actually show up for us to win. As expected nothing from her. If we had just avg. guards we are top 3 in conference.

Get some new guards off waivers. Or make a trade.

That frustrating part is we don't need a Koehn, Chambers, or Dietz type guard. Our inside game is so good we would be tournament bound with just a Spani, Page, Kincaid type player and Mittie cant seem to find one. I don't think either of the Jadas next year are going to be enough either. Sad to see a player of Lee's caliber get wasted because of miss after miss at the guard position.

This team misses Ranke's shooting. She was good for 6-18 from the arc each game and had to be guarded every possession.

Tough loss, but I'm blaming no one. The gals tried hard and got beaten straight up.

Disagree, Ranke is just slightly more consistent than Carr. She may hit 5 one game and then 1 the next 5. If your are gonna be that inconsistent from the arc, you better be able to drive to the paint to contribute in other ways when you're not on. Carr and Ranke dont have that ability. Every other team in the conference has several guards that can get in the paint.

The second half was very painful to watch.

Before she was injured, Ranke, in my mind, was driving to the hoop and scoring more. Anyone who says we don't miss her is just wanting to dis this team and coaching staff.
