Agree. It's winnable, but not playing like we have the last 2 games.

Weber sounded pretty deflated after the ISU game, pretty sure this year is wearing on him. The groundhog day comment about not being able to change the teams struggles was telling.

it's been a long year for bruce from the b12 championship to the usa championship to this team which has underperformed expectations and perhaps his wit. i still believe taking the summer off to run the usa team cost this k-state team some wins. i saw it happen at other places with other coaches who left to do their usa duty, if you will, only to return completely spent and ineffective.
Why is there something rather than nothing?
As with many things sports-wise, these two schools mirror one another. I have heard podcasts from both sides this past week, that it's time for the respective programs to start focusing on next year by allowing freshman some play time. As enjoyable as it would be to see that happen tonight, both teams realize this may be one of the few winnable games left for the season.
