This is just not true. NFL scouts are not that lazy. There are NFL scouts all over and if a kid can play, the word gets out, no matter what level. But there are NFL scouts at every P5 game.

Khalil Mack played at Buffalo. Carson Wentz played at NDSU. The scouts will find the players everywhere. Sometimes I think they over-emphasize measurables, but they will turn over every rock they find.

Danny Woodhead played at Chadron State. Go ahead! Try to find a flight to Chadron, NE. It did not seem to hurt Danny any.

As it relates to X Kelly, I understand that things are probably different for football players and they can get things organized quickly, but we are already through a few weeks of 2nd Semester classes. At what point do you need to make a decision so you can get to school and get started with grad school?
I suppose he could just wait until summer and start next semester, but he did graduate from Clemson in December, you would think he would want to get to his next campus for spring ball.

I don't think it has ANYTHING to do whatsoever with academics. And if he is visiting the dumpster fire at Arkansas, he might not be that smart in the first place.Gorhoops wrote: ↑January 31st, 2020, 1:10 pmAs it relates to X Kelly, I understand that things are probably different for football players and they can get things organized quickly, but we are already through a few weeks of 2nd Semester classes. In a perfect world, everyone would choose hard work, morals and ethics over obscene money and fame. And everyone outside of Lowrents would be required to be a red blooded, card carrying Payhawk hater.
