Hey puff, first of all, hope you had a great birthday, and secondly, what shoes is Dean wearing? Does he have a deal or just picking what he wants?? Is definitely interesting how his feet are giving him no problems after all of the issues in Manhattan?
gor, I think puff had an incredible birthday...at least judging by the number of FB posts wishing him Happy BD. Looked like half the women in south central KS wished him Happy BD. I wonder if the mrs. puff reads FB?

Thanks Orion. That one’s at least easier to research. Looks like 13.3 mpg and 5.9 points/game. Rebounds good at 4.8 with only that few minutes.

As a matter of fact DJ played against Barry last night! DJ 8 points. Barry 6. If you have NBA g league app you can check out all these g league games.

It’s fun to see the KState alums on the big stage. While Wes & Rodney are mostly role players and Dean only gets limited time as a 2-way, it’s still guys I recognize. I’m old enough to remember when we had guys like Ro, Mitch, Evans, Henson & Nealy carving out long careers - which also means I remember the years when a KState alum was a rarity. Hopefully these guys can stay in the league a while.

Here is an article about Kamau.

In summary, he left his team in Poland on December 31, 2019.

"24-year old American point guard Kamau Stokes (183-95, college: of Kansas State) left Polpharma Starogard Gdanski (EBL). In 12 games in Poland he had very impressive stats: 16.8ppg, 2.8rpg, 4.8apg and 1.6spg this season."

Pick 'Em

cannot imagine the transition for a baltimore kid from k-state to poland. the culture. the people. the food. the language. the medicine. the travel. homesickness. it's got to be incredibly difficult from the getgo for a youngster.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

FYI, my web searches did not find anything that said what Kamau is doing now.

I would guess that he is looking for another place to play basketball.

Maybe KSU should offer him $150,000 a year to stay over there and do nothing but recruit young players who can shoot or are 6'9" types. Lord knows we need 'em.
