Re: Seth Littrell
Littrell might have had a more exciting offense to watch, but culture wise I don't think he would have been the best fit and he would always be looking for the next job. For whatever reason it didn't work out, I bet his side might be regretting not getting a deal done because his shine is quickly falling off. Looking more like it was his OC that was the mastermind and not him. He should have struck while the iron was hot, but he seemed to be looking at the OU job in one way or another, and now he may not get into a P5 school for a while.

He was never more than a passing thought (if even that) in KState’s search.AJcat7755 wrote: ↑November 8th, 2019, 11:25 amLittrell might have had a more exciting offense to watch, but culture wise I don't think he would have been the best fit and he would always be looking for the next job. Don't know who he is. Never followed his team. Did not want at KState. I don't judge coaches by what occurs during their first season.

The job was never offered to him.AJcat7755 wrote: ↑November 8th, 2019, 11:25 amLittrell might have had a more exciting offense to watch, but culture wise I don't think he would have been the best fit and he would always be looking for the next job. Me neither. I judged CK on previous performance. I Iiked everything about him. Wasn't my first choice but liked him better than most.MajorAppleCat wrote: ↑November 8th, 2019, 1:28 pmDon't know who he is. Never followed his team. Did not want at KState. The reports are differing, but there were at least conversations happening. I'm sure some of that had to do with fit, but some may have also been Littrell asking price and demands. I'm just saying Littrell's side could have tried to make him more attractive to a bidder to get an offer and now he is not likely to get a sniff after this year.wild@nite wrote: ↑November 8th, 2019, 3:04 pmThe job was never offered to him.AJcat7755 wrote: ↑November 8th, 2019, 11:25 amLittrell might have had a more exciting offense to watch, but culture wise I don't think he would have been the best fit and he would always be looking for the next job. Rumor I read had to do with Synders assistants. KSU wanted some to be hired on by Littrell and he wanted his own. Which, IMO, should be entirely up to him. I think buyout also had something to do with it. I think Littrell to Manhattan was close. Not, Paterson close, but still close

littrell side said afterward they couldn't agree because seth wanted to clean house on coaches, which is absurd and denied by taylor, as ck did just that upon arrival here. littrell is a windbag wannabee at some directional texas school. we're wasting a lot of bandwidth unnecessarily on him.
