It occurred to me that perhaps it's coach's choice to just be content to get to halftime close to even with score and limit fouls on key players. The purpose is so there's gas in the tank left for lock-down defensive effort the 2nd half that leads to easier points via runouts.

Anyone with the game recorded, go back and watch the McGuirl dunk (2:15 left in first half). Amazing hustle and teamwork. ALL 5 of our players were involved.

Nervously multitask watched at work but once again the Cats turn it on after half (I know it was a little before that even). How many times have we scratched our heads at half and then the 2nd half, the Cats put the clamp down? It seems like 10-12 games where that’s happened. I’d like to see KStates record when trailing at half this year.

All the props have been given so I’ll just echo those quickly especially to Stockard, X, and Diarra.
