Opening an easier path for KU to make the finals.

That's my thought, too. The winner of the Texas/Kansas game will face a WVU team that has played two days in a row and expended a lot of energy in both games. UT and KU have to be licking their chops. WVU has to hope that KU and UT go to double or triple overtime.

Here's the old dilemma. Does TTU lose anything by losing? I think they're solid where they're at. We should be with the win today. Do we play the starters early and then empty the bench is ISU goes off?

Well, the 2019 B12 POY is going home and the defensive player of the year is still playing.

TT and KU are already media darlings. If we don't win the thing we drop. Guaranteed. That's just reality in Cat land. I don't care if we win it. Just pointing out the long and factual history that is KSU athletics and how we are treated by the talking heads. It ain't fair, but that's how it is.

Seems to me if Cats win 1 more there's an argument to be made that we swap seeds with TTech. Of course if we get to the final and lose to Kansas, then Kansas will get a 3 and Tech and K-State will both be 4s. Just watch. One way to keep that crap from happening.
