Why have the message boards been so quiet today?
People at work probably.

Who works nowadays? I’m going with winning. There’s nothing to complain about if we win. I think people post more when they are pissed.

K-State forces 18 turn overs by TCU, That led to 10 extra shots by the 'Cats. So props to the defense today

^^^ This. I just got home a little bit ago and forgot the game was this afternoon.

Happy for the win. It looks like we got off to a slow start, but wore them down at the end. It looks like Sneed and Stockard had nice games today.

Glad to see Cartier back and contributing. Did Trice get hurt? I checked the box score and it said he started but played just 6 minutes and was 0-0 in shooting.

Anyway, great win 'Cats! Now that we got the rust off, lets go get ISU!

Trice was fine, Levi just came in and kicked butt. He ended up getting a lot of time.

I can't recall Trice or Stockard on the court in the second half to be honest. The half-time adjustment seemed to be shifting to "small ball"....

Thanks. Glad to hear that.

Held TCU to their 3rd worst scoring total game and we own the worst and 2nd worst for them also.

Today’s actually equaled what OSU held them to this year also.

Amazing game after an atrocious start.

Anyone with the game recorded, go back and watch the McGuirl dunk (2:15 left in first half). Amazing hustle and teamwork. ALL 5 of our players were involved.

Stockard switched on the screen to play defense along with Barry.

Then, in the announcer's words:

"..pass deflected by Brown"
"Thrown up in the air to Kamau Stokes"
"The one-touch to Diarra"
"THE LOB TO MCGUIRL !!!!!"

this team runs the break as good as any i've ever seen, and i've been watching hoops for decades. that one ending in mike's flush was magic. :o
