New Republican name to watch
I see that J.D. Vance -- author of Hillbilly Elegy, former Marine, Harvard grad, successful in biz -- is pondering a run for Senate in Ohio. Already has $10-million in the bank. Early in life, this guy didn't even have boots to pull himself up by his bootstraps. He's still young -- in 40s I'd guess.
He's not a Trump rubber-stamper and certainly carries the "common man" label into politics. Plus, he's from Ohio and Kentucky.
Will be interesting to watch if he chooses to run for Portman's vacant seat in the Senate.

Given his background in finance and hedge funds, I doubt he supports raw material socialism.

I like these partisan "up and comer" threads....they're just like the recruiting threads on the sports boards.

What about Hawley? You know the guy that has a name that sounds like the sound you make when hocking up a loogy to spit on the ground.

Rand Paul and Ted Cruz and Gov. DeSantis are trending favorably as well.
And it is funny to read what the lefties have to say. They will be gearing up for the propaganda wings of their party to start hammering any conservative that is a threat to the oncoming leftist woke utopia they are building. And it all will be "true", because the 'fact checkers' say so.
Grievance? Hardly. We've all seen the play book. The FBI will get involved and a dossier or two will get fabricated to prove all the bad stuff.

Biden would make Jack the Ripper be a good name to remember for the Republican Party

Nealy, your attempts at political/economic humor/sarcasm are pathetic. Grow up. Mature. Try to learn something new. ;)
No current or up and coming pol in either party has a clue how to really get American on track with RME.
That said, J. D. Vance looks a lot better to me as a senate/president candidate that either one of the Trump sons, or Rand Paul, or Ted Cruz.
