All great things come to an end. Just the way the questions lined up and having two good players to beat him on the buzzer was all it took. The winner was aggressive on the daily double and doubled her score and really never looked back. It was a great run.
Win the dang day!

He came up $60,000 short of the record. He just didn't seem into it tonight. Even his meager bet on Final Jeopardy was unusual. But, even if he doubled his money he would have lost by one dollar.

He was so much fun to watch. Maybe the new champ will have a big run, but I doubt it.

I have heard rumors that he may have thrown the game. Some said he was not buzzing in as quickly as normal and I also heard his daughter missed him. The last one makes little sense as they shoot a full week in one day and he lives in Vegas a 5 hour drive away.

Although, he didn't seem quick on the trigger and changed his betting habits I doubt he threw it. Not being like one or two games from the record.

The gal that took his crown did well tonight. She is no slouch.

She, like others, are now betting like James did. Betting it all on double Jeopardy.

Well, the gal that whipped James just got eliminated.

Things are back to normal.
