He seemed a little off today. He missed a question or two and did not have the usual command of the board resulting in the other players finding all 3 daily doubles. He still ended up over $50K for the day. His wife was there and that may have caused him to lose focus.
I don't know why she was there on Friday as I thought they shot the entire week in one day.

My wife swears he gets his answers (errr questions) before hand and that no one is that smart on so many subjects.
Everyone will go down at some time, but this guy is really on top of his game. He runs the competition over by going after the high
value questions (err answers) first then, because he responds correctly to so many, he usually dominates in the double value ones.
Also, by skipping around in the categories he keeps the opponents on the defensive. He is also really good with the buzzer.
I could be wrong, but by the time he gets to Final Jeopardy no one even has the numbers to catch him. Not once.

Tough day today. He got the daily double on the first answer and missed. How about getting $53,999 and losing??
All I am going to say in case you have yet to view today's show.
If that is not a record for the most money to finish second I want to know what it is.

Another big day for James with win number 20. It just seemed too easy today.
A note about Alex, The show will not be the same without him when that time comes. Hopefully in several more years.

$1,500,000+
I, too, wish Alex a long, long tenure. Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst diseases to befall anyone.

So, there is a two week break in Jeopardy as it is the teacher's competition.
Seems to me the questions are a lot easier than regular jeopardy.
I was shocked at one of the replies when the question was..."Which war had the Army of the Potomac?"
No one knew the answer.

Ken J and James H are Jeopardy! icons. I appreciate both styles. It will be interesting to see James H's final numbers when he loses.

May 29,
Blew the other two out of the box today. As usual.
I have yet to see a subject that he is not familiar with. He knows the game and he is trigger quick on the button.
No doubt he will go down, but jeez I don't see that happening anytime soon. He is just too good.
