Tips for adjusting to time change

Post by SCKSCat » November 7th, 2021, 7:54 am

So much for sleeping in
Body functions are not on an an alarm clock.
I struggle with this twice a year. Seems like it takes weeks for me to adjust.
My wife says drink more water and less coffee. Take more votamin c.
Mom would make us eat beef liver. Beans and cornbread also.
Grandma just said work harder and get more tired. Banging the keyboard harder doesn't work.

If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivized, coerced, bullied, socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized...you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest
