Guys who have long bowel movements in a convenience store bathroom. You reach a convenience store and your bladder is about to blow and you find the bathroom door locked. You sit down for 15 minutes and good buddy still is going at it. I usually leave and pray i can find another close by facility. My wife never has to wait when we travel for personal reasons.
Peave 2, people traveling with big dogs. They like to bark early in the morning.

Idiots driving in the passing lane and won't get over. I'm not talking for a few hundred yards. I'm talking about morons who don't know the law or are just purposely being P-ricks. I'm at the good 'ol age where I honk and motion vigorously to "get the **** over". I really, really wish cops would start cracking down on this with hefty fines. It is dangerous, annoying, and flat out inconsiderate.

I also love the driver who is merging onto a highway or interstate. They neither hit the gas or slow down to enter. They expect the whole right lane to brake for them as they edge on over to the highway.
Grrrrrr.
A double Grrrr to the semi drivers who decide to pass another semi as they approach a hill. And then go 1 mph more than the truck they are passing.
We need another interstate system that has trucks only. Now there is an infrastructure plan I would support.
