No Tesla is in a huge trading range. Some swear by it and some hate it. Bitcoin has been up as Tesla has gone down. So not a good way to own Bitcoin.
those stocks with big volatility are opportunities. but you have to study, and have equal parts nerve and patience. then it helps to play with money you can afford to lose.

pretty simple.
If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivized, coerced, bullied, socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized...you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest

Very well spoken! But sadly one also must be prepared to admit to being wrong on a trade. We can't be right all the time. I'm not quite there on Coinbase yet. I just can't seem to find a safe way to own bitcoin. Inflation is coming and I thought maybe bitcoin was a hedge. From now on I'm sticking to farmland, real estate, gold and silver as an inflation hedge. Anyone have a better idea?

I'm not an economist, but I think those things you listed are pretty good (and relatively safe) hedges against inflation.

Now Tesla won't accept bitcoin...wtf CNBC business put up a chart this morning showing that mining for bitcoin uses more electricity than many countries use.

I see China is cracking down on Bitcoin. I was wondering when governments would do something to destroy that industry or at the other end of the spectrum start issuing their own digital currency.

I'm a contrarian like bindweed. Give me physical hedges against the upcoming inflation. Ponzi schemes almost always have a sad and expensive ending. The current Fed Ponzi will be the biggest of all time when it busts.

In today's stock market it's pretty hard to pick a bad stock and I managed to do that with Coinbase. I thought it would make good profits from the Bitcoin craze. The thing I forgot is that Coinbase is a real company that has to play by the rules unlike Bitcoin which seems to be smoke and mirrors. I jinxed Kathy Wood on this one. I'm going to hang on until I make money which may be a LONG time.

Holy crap, I sold all my Coinbase stock this morning. I finally was able to make money on all the shares I owned. It will probably go through the roof now. I'm through with bitcoin and all the crap that goes with it. It seems to me there is no easy way to own it.
