Finally some one mentions the senior night ceremony! ABSOLUTELY should be Pre-game. It used to be that way and I'm not sure why they switched. I think just the pure emotion of it all would've given the team a lift going into the game. Not to mention, When you lose the game the whole thing afterwards loses its aura.

We lost ONE home game all season and it was Senior Night. Lost the chance of hosting NCAA games. Both those things make this loss sting a lot more than others.
Wait, what? The ceremony was after the game?? Is this new or they way they’ve been doing it for a while now?

To me it doesn’t make much sense. And I would agree you might get a little extra energy or emotion surge to help.

yes. it was pretty dreadful to lose the game and then sit there for too long to wait to see all the tears. really bad play for the girls and fans.

Lester has not played in a while so I am guessing that she is hurt. She is a bigger body girl who has been a big help against the heavier inside girls. Sanchez and Maupin just don't have the weight to hold off the beefers.

sanchez was abused by their big last night. she really needs to get in the weight room this summer. lots of talent that's in the shade because she is not muscular enough to handle it inside. same with eliza. too skinny.

So you are all in on Mittie I take it?
he's the same coach who took them to #2 in the land. it's injuries killing this team, not coaching.
:agree:

People have every right to complain about injuries and the officiating just as much as your right to complain about the coaching. Your analogy about Texas adjusting to injuries is not a good one. Texas has a bunch of players on the bench that are as good as the starters. If a player is hurt. they can plug in another one. Texas easily has the most overall talent in the Big 12.

Sanchez and Maupin are not #5's. That is not their body type. They are #3-#4's. Can't ask them to put on weight for the #5 position. Not gonna happen. Mittie just gonna have to recruit a #5.

they are not strong enough to battle inside as fours, like gabby for example. be it 4 or 5, those two are not strong enough today.

I assume you’re talking to me? You’re entitled to your opinion as am I. If you want to justify how we are playing, go right ahead.

Cooper Beebe would have a tussle keeping Audi Crooks out of the lane. ;)))
