Re: expectations for this year
there may be some addition by subtraction in this outfit as well.
Why is there something rather than nothing?

I am cautiously optimistic that Sundell will be a nice addition to the team and be a good player this year, but am more expecting that Dallinger will be one of the better point guards in the league.Wyldkatz wrote: ↑October 12th, 2021, 12:39 pmThere are a lot of Kstate womens basketball fans that have an "axe to grind" with Mittie. Myself included. We couldn't even inbound the ball against a press all year last season. I'm gonna be cautiously optimistic that Sundell is the answer. I think she has potential, but will be young. Hoping she will learn fast because our years with Lee are running out. There is enough talent on this team for probably 4th. But, I am not making any predictions about this team until I see what some of these new players can contribute. We will need some contributions from some of them immediately. I will say that players like Ebert have a chance to make big strides this year with more shot attempts available. I think Ebert has a chance to become an impact player, much like Goth became in her last few years at Kstate.
Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst, and looking forward to seeing what we got! I will say that if we are in the 8th to 10th place range of the conference this season, then a long overdue firing must happen.

Those are really good stats and reason to be hopeful for her at the B12 level.

This feature should shed some light on the coaches expectations for the year. Personally, I think it’s going to be an improved year all the way around. Culture-wise, player-wise, staff-wise, I really feel it’s already better! Manifestation, right?!

I would pick the Cats to finish 3rd or 4th if Tony Hobson was the head coach. That said, I will cheer for the Cats every game and hope they have an undefeated season.
