I've seen visualization methods dramatically increase free throw percentage. The shooter has to really want to improve and commit to the techniques. If so, the mind is a powerful thing.

The only thing consistent in my golf game is my inconsistency, TM, and I've been at it for 60 years.

Agreed. As Yogi said.... 90% of the game is half mental.

The Alford routine helps take your mind off it, which helps a lot. A couple weeks ago I watched the 8-minute version of the KS-KY Sweet 16 game-Wainwright stepped right up and made that first one. Second one would have been nice but the first one was huge. Think they said he'd only shot 22 or so all year.

complete rabbit trail (sorry) but what happened to amaad drives me nutso to this day. i see him on twitter still asking forgiveness. what a nightmare for a youngster who was living the dream.
