How about some new discussions... Who do you think will have the biggest impact, on the 2020-21 team, and why?

I went with Pack because we badly need a point guard and I think he will play ahead of R Williams. But there will be a lot of minutes available all over the floor. Much like the year Kam, Barry & Dean showed up, there is great opportunity for some young guys to step up and make a name for themselves.

I agree. With Sloan and Carti gone, the PG spot is as wide open as I can ever remember it. And PG's are the centerpiece to any Bruce led offense. Nijel might be the most talented player(on paper) coming into KSU in a few years, and easily the highest recruited/regarded PG in the Bruce era(and beyond). Expectations are high for him. He'll be backed up by Williams, who will get good minutes in the role.

I think Selton could also be an impact guy, but his minutes will be somewhat limited/split due to Dajuan. Same for Luke with our only senior, McGuil in the same 2 spot. The 5 Spot will be interesting. You have Montavious, but also 2 bigger newcomers in Bradford and Ezeagu. I see all 3 getting minutes there. And Lewis and Linguard are splitting time at the 4 with Antonio, and possibly Montavious. I could see Lewis or Linguard redshirting.

I don't have high expectations for this team right away, and still see our bigs as a weakness, but I am excited to see the newcomers and hope Bruce can build off this stellar recruiting class with most guys sticking it out to be upperclassman. Do that, and you'll see success.

I voted for Rudi because Nijel already had five votes. I would have split my vote between Nijel and Rudi.

I expect that both Nijel and Rudi will get lots of playing time and will be great competition for each other in practice.

Pick 'Em

I voted for Rudi simply because he can score, set up teammates, and has a higher level of experience. But my #2 is Nijel. He can do those things too. In short, I think it'll be a PG because that's what we need in a bad way.

I voted for Rudy. Really tough to pick between he and Nigel. I think Rudy's experience was the difference. If both were freshmen I would have easily gone with Pack. Would not be at all surprised to see Miguel have the biggest impact as well.

If its not Pack then I'm afraid next year will be a big big struggle.

I think the point guards will make the most impact.
The juice, lightning, spark will come from Kasubke and Miguel. They will get things going.
McGuirl and AGordon will be steadiers and the man.
The 5 bigs will bring the thunder with rebounding, short range jumpers, picks and close ups.
