This pricing does NOT include your donation to the Williams Fund that is needed to get tickets. At least they give points that can be used for basketball and football together. KSU requires a separate donation.

It appears they had 2 price levels last year and now have 8.

If you look at this price chart from KSU you can see that the 'ticket cost' can be smaller than the donation and is for the better seats. The donation is the entry fee to even be able to buy tickets.

Article from 2 years ago shows KU with the lowest attendance for football in power 5 at about 26K; http://www2.kusports.com/weblogs/keegan ... -of-all-i/

This shows they are 7th for basketball: http://www2.kusports.com/weblogs/keegan ... -of-all-i/

The required donation is where they make the money from fans.

Maybe I didn’t see something in the article you posted but I seriously doubt that KU is seventh in attendance in basketball??? It’s not a huge capacity but I just don’t see that from my experience there.....

Sorry I posted the same link twice. You do have to count from top to KU here: https://www.statista.com/statistics/219 ... all-games/

If you like numbers, here is lots more numbers. Remember it does not appear this includes the 'required donation' either: https://watchstadium.com/these-college- ... 8-22-2019/

Ok. In the nation I could see that. I also thought you meant in the Big 12. It's only because of capacity that they aren't in the top three in the nation for attendance.

Seriously? That reminds me of an old joke. A guy was selling apples on the street corner. Someone asked him how much he wanted for an apple. He replies, 'one million dollars.' 'That seems like a lot of money for an apple if you are trying to get back on your feet.' He replied, 'I only need to sell one this way.'

Or, the salesman says 'we are losing $5 on every item we sell.' The sales manager replies 'yes, but we will make it up on the volume.'

if you think ahearn is expensive, check out the 'donation' level to their fund in order to buy a ticket down there with the porn stars next to hairpiece.
