Epic 2 overtimes KSU vs Xavier 2010 sweet 16
Needed a bball fix and this showed up on my feed. Figured I would share since there's no bball on right now

Ps the "foul" at the end of regulation was bullcrap, cost KSU a trip to the final 4 imo. Had to play 10 more minutes of high high intensity bball that night then turn around and play butler early in the afternoon the next day. Our guys played totally flat against Butler, looked like a tired bball team.

I have that DVD and get it out once in a while because it was one of the most euphoric highs I've experienced watching the game. And, yes, I've always said I believe that foul cost K-State a trip to the final four. That ref, consciously, made the decision to not call the foul when Denis fouled the Xavier player after he crossed the half court. Then, he calls the three point shot foul. At the end of the final overtime, K-State is up with a few seconds left, with possession, and the ref whistled a foul on Xavier before a second could come off the clock.gdgjr78 wrote: ↑March 15th, 2020, 8:37 pmNeeded a bball fix and this showed up on my feed. The game got over about midnight as I recall and our players could not have slept that night afterwards. Heck, I couldn't sleep so I know they didn't. They had one day before they had to go for the Butler game early on Saturday.

One of the most epic tourney games ever. I was in a hotel room just off Bourbon Street in NOLA with about 10 rum and cokes in me watching that game with a bunch of coworkers. Incredible memories.

because he wants frank at the ceremony and that's hard to schedule with jake being overseas and usc,e also playing a full schedule. thought they might make it easy with a sec/b12 challenge game here in mhk. that would fill the building.

comparing frank to knight is like comparing beer farts to high opera.

On twitter, Frank Martins is supposedly going to be live tweeting throughout the game.
