Agree. I did not even know or care about there being a game last night.
For me to say this makes my me heartsick.
Weber needs.to be replaced. .why? Fan apathy.

Lol. The coliseum was almost full last week. Most fans appreciate a conference championship and an elite 8 and realize we lost 3 1,000 point scorers. Yes, fans are disappointed this year, but are willing to see what happens in the next few years.

I don't think complete apathy has set in. If it had, no one would be on this board.
I did decide to go to a HS game last night rather than watch the Cats, but I did watch it for a moment during timeouts. WOOF!
Crowd will be fired up Saturday (to start), but I do think there will be a lot more Beaker fans than there has been in recent years.

It's hard to watch a game when the game isn't on TV, but, hey this isn't the 1970s when you could actually watch a KSU game on TV. Thank God for progress and no greed from the athletic department, right?

Agreed. I'm not apathetic. I'm disgusted and I bet I've been a fan of KSU longer than many on this board. 1976 is when I decided who my team was. Many if us who attended games in Ahearn know this is our worst team in decades. Many of us remember the excitement of on campus bball in Ahearn. Many of us think that with our tradition (top 30 program of all time), that this is far below where we should ever finish. 9 wins? C'mon. Cheating isn't necessary to beat that. That's an excuse.JOKKO wrote: ↑February 26th, 2020, 11:51 amI don't think complete apathy has set in. If it had, no one would be on this board.

Sorry if that offends, but being a fan doesn't mean you have to ignore glaring inefficiencies. I will never, ever, quit cheering on the Cats, but I'll also never, ever, be happy about the poor quality of bball we've witnessed this year.
In short, I encourage you all to keep hope alive that next years class is ready to contribute.
