Blackman best Kstate player of the last 50 years. I don't see any reasonable data based on results that would imply Weber is as good as Hartman was.

I remember a year back in the 70's when they had a 30 second shot clock. The Big 8 was the only conference that did it. I agree that with the 3 point line both Chuckie and Mike would have flourished.

Better than Beasley? I liked Ro, but Beasley and Richmond were both better.

If the measure is winning, Beasley is way down the list.

I also don't like to put a "one and done" guy at the top of any sort of college basketball list. Just does not set right with me. As for Richmond, I would argue Blackman was still a better overall player offense and defense than Richmond.

Beasley had the most athleticism and talent, but not the head of those other two. If forced, I'd lean towards Mitch being the best, but I can certainly understand anyone who argues the opposite.

Today is Beasleys 31'st birthday. His career NBA scoring avg. is 12.4 points per game.
Rolando's career NBA scoring avg. was 18 points per game.
Mitch's career NBA scoring avg. was 21 points per game.

So Mitch and Rolando both had considerably more success than Michael in the NBA. College careers probably goes to Michael, albeit his was very short.

Perhaps a poll, who’s better Hartman or Weber?
That would likely be interesting 😂

Hartman also had some really good players. Mitch Richmond may have been the best player ever to wear a KSU uniform in the time I have been here.
He played for Kruger though.
That's right. I left out a transition sentence. Thanks

I would agree. Deciding between Mitch and Ro is like splitting hairs. Was a lot of fun watching both.
