Sorry but, y'know, striking a Final 4 appearance from the "record books" is a pathetic and meaningless gesture. You were there; in the moment. It happened. Saying 4 years later that it didn't changes virtually nothing. I like that Coach K, the genius, couldn't coach his way to the Final 4 this year with 2/3 of the Top of the NBA draft on his team. Will their early out be stricken from the records? I hope not!

totally disagree with you. let the record show usc,e was never in the final 4 assuming they cheated to get there, which is clearly the case based on evidence.Highway26north wrote: ↑June 25th, 2019, 10:19 pmSorry but, y'know, striking a Final 4 appearance from the "record books" is a pathetic and meaningless gesture. Why is there something rather than nothing?

I can see both points, but you really can't take away memories.

I'm more concerned about the three decade plus cheaters. KU, Duke, UNC, Kentucky.... Dig. I guarantee there is enough to bury all 4. Nope. Let's focus on a one time final 4 team who has zero history. Yes, that's the big problem here. (Sarcasm)
Don't get me wrong. If they cheated hammer them, but don't try to sell us all that KU, UNC , and Duke are clean, which is what the NCAA will likely do.
"F" ing joke.

I think a protest needs to be organized with thousands of participants outside of ncaa headquarters. Message boards could be used to make it happen.

First in the crosshairs is N.C. State. Who's next?... Az., Louisville, Okie State, or one of those blatant SEC cheating schools?

The NCAA has to become liable for their actions, or in many cases, inactions. Otherwise, they don't have any reason to change their ways. Unless i'm missing something, there is no oversight over them which leads to a lot of bias. You need programs who aren't cheating to step up in coalition and force the issue against the NCAA. Because the teams doing it the right way, are the ones who have been, and still are, losing millions in revenue, due to unfair advantages.tmcats wrote: ↑July 12th, 2019, 1:08 pmyeah, i'm surprised it wasn't austin peay, mit, or carnegie tech that got the first notice. exactly what does ku have to do, burn washington, to get noticed?kinsleycat wrote: ↑July 12th, 2019, 12:36 pmFirst in the crosshairs is N.C. Get University presidents involved. The honest coaches are too scared of a bullseye being placed on them, I'm guessing. Something pretty deliberate needs to be initiated soon. I'm beyond baffled how this crap continues to be allowed.

All is well. The NCAA just chose the UK AD to chair the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Committee. All is well. These are not the droids you are looking for.
