All three of these guys have some nice length. Murphy and A Gordon look to be at least 6ft 8, maybe a hair more.

Welcome gentlemen
If you want positive feedback, read this board. We grumble some, but we like our coaches and players.
Can't wait to see the legacy you all will leave us with. Best recruiting by Coach Weber.

Obviously this group does not match the departing seniors, but there is some similarity with the Brown, Wade, Stokes group when they arrived as freshmen, especially when you add in David Sloan.

They are different players, but I think Sloan might be a player who would be comparable to Stokes in overall ability. Kam was more of a lead guard in a point guard's body, and David is more of a pure point guard, but they are about the same size with speed and quickness. Sloan could turn out to be the straw that stirs the drink for this new group over the next couple of seasons.

Dajuan may actually compare favorably to freshman Barry Brown, but the key is how much Brown improved himself during his time at KSU. If Dajuan can do that, he could be quite a player. Something to aim for.

Dean was a special player even as a freshman, but the tandem of Murphy and Gordon may be able to do some of what Dean did. They have some nice skills, and having ten fouls can come in handy for freshmen big men.

All in all, an interesting group. It should be fun to watch them develop.

Just looking at pictures I would have to say that Murphy and the Gordon’s certainly LOOK like good ball players. Certain guys just have that look. Of course the proof will be in the pudding. But I certainly agree the pictures and videos look promising.

sidenote for sure, but i always chuckle when i see 'emaw' worn as an official mark, opening post picture. kirk's wife hated it, being the strong feminist that she was and remains. frank had some nike stuff with emaw on it and it quickly disappeared. the band wasn't allowed to use is in formation. just made my ass tired. yesterday, one of the freshman wbb recruits used it in her twitter arrival announcement. lol, lady noel. love you, but you were dead wrong on that one.
