How's his current recruiting going at sc.
Come on xtra, that was all Currie's fault, at least according to Fitz and others.

No one should forget, that Cincy is well known to not give a rip if kids are there whatsoever to go to school. Huggy didn't graduate a SINGLE player the entire time he coached there IIRR.

How does Alford keep getting hired? He has underachieved everywhere he's ever coached. Decent recruiter but he is a horrible coach and players develop little, if at all, under his tutelage.

Same reason they ALL get recycled. Once you're in,.......you're in. Doesn't seem to matter how crappy your results are.Orion12521 wrote: ↑April 12th, 2019, 6:46 pmHow does Alford keep getting hired? Alford was a class act on the court and the bench. I do think he fell victim to recruiting his own kid. Decent player but not UCLA star caliber. That hurt him. That’s also something fans in champagne are screaming about Underwood. Brought his kid along and he’s not big 10 caliber

“It shows the ignorance of many of the posters on here.” Do you want some of those posters to start pulling out some of your goodies Hype? I’m not sure I’d be calling out any of those guys who don’t think Alford set the basketball world on fire......

Riding a 6’10” once in a lifetime to 3 consecutive state 2A championships and 2 second place finishes and one 3rd since he graduated doesn’t make one god’s gift to hoops.
Alford has a long history of success since the 1980’s
