• PLAYING THEIR BEST BALL: Since the loss at Georgia on Jan. 26, the Longhorns are
3-1 in their last four games entering Tuesday’s contest. UT has double-digit wins at home
against No. 11/12 Kansas and Baylor and a 22-point victory at West Virginia.
• HEATING UP: In its last two wins against Baylor (84-72) and WVU (75-33), UT has
averaged 79.5 ppg while converting 49.6-percent (56-113) from the fl oor, including a
39.5-percent (17-43) mark from 3-point range.
• RAMEY ON A ROLL: Th e Big 12 Co-Newcomer of the Week, freshman G Courtney
Ramey has averaged 14.5 ppg over the last two contests while converting 52.6-percent (10-
19) from the fl oor, including 6-of-9 (.667) from 3-point range. He tied his career high with
19 points (7-12 FG, 5-6 threes) in Saturday’s win at West Virginia.
• ROACH FEELIN’ IT: Senior G Kerwin Roach II has averaged a team-best 17.5 ppg in
just 25.5 mpg over the last two contests while hitting 68.4-percent (13-19) from the fl oor,
including 4-of-7 (.571) from 3-point range.

As always, TX looks really good on paper. Those are 5 talented players starting and they have good players off the bench. I think we will need to turn them over often to win. Other keys - will we get production from our bench? Barry & Dean have been limited the last 2 games. We probably need one, or both, of them to break out tonight. Earn the split with them and we remain 2 wins up in the loss column.

KSU needs to score at least one more point than Texas by the final whistle. How doesn't matter. Who doesn't matter. Just win the dang game.
